Text Request Helping Businesses Succeed with Texting

The Times Free Press's Dave Flessner sat down with Text Request co-founders to talk about where the company's come from since our 2014 launch.

On average, 99% of texts are read, compared to only 15% of emails, and 20% or less of phone calls are answered. Yet businesses are only beginning to grasp the potential of texting.
