Favoriting Dashboards: Organize Your Most Important Text Lines

Does your business have several dashboards?

Here's how our newest feature helps you stay on top of the the text lines that are most important to you.

Dashboards Mini Guide

At Text Request, we refer to any phone number that can send and receive texts through your Text Request account as a dashboard.

Each user can "favorite" up to four different dashboards. Favorited dashboards will always remain at the top of the Dashboard Picker list regardless of new incoming messages or sorting selections.

To "favorite" a dashboard:

  1. Click the name of the dashboard you're on to open the Dashboard Picker.

  2. Click the star icon next to the dashboard you want to favorite.

This way you can easily keep an eye on your busiest text lines.
