SMS Upsells: Generate Revenue with Text Offers
Getting the products that best fit your customers’ needs in front of them is key to closing more sales and increasing revenue.

1. Split by Interest
Know who needs what.
Split up contacts by their interests, then use those segments to strategically upsell.

Inviting feedback on how your product or service is working
Educational content to improve the customer’s experience
Celebrating milestones, including business goals or a customer anniversary
Regular communication keeps you top-of-mind, so your upsells feel natural later.
3. Text Opportunities
Text people directly with your upsell.
A direct message from your reps feels way more personal than an email marketing campaign, plus you know the prospect will see your offer. Something like:
"Thanks for choosing Greenwise Lawn Care for your landscaping. Did you know we also offer pest control: greenwise.com/pest Use that link to schedule a day for our techs to visit."
