Sound Notifications Mini Guide

Sound notifications work on an individual user basis, so turning your notifications on or off does not affect other users on your account.

From your profile settings you can customize:

• Whether you want notifications at all

• What sound plays when you get a new text

• Which dashboard(s) you get notifications for

• Frequency, or how often the notification repeats until you resolve it

Notifications will only chime if you’re viewing Text Request, have Text Request open in another tab, or have the Text Request app on your phone.
