SSO Mini Guide

Single sign-on (SSO) allows you to securely authenticate log-ins with multiple applications and websites by using a single set of credentials. This grants quick and easy access to applications, while maintaining a high level of security.

Here's how it works:

  1. You sign in to Text Request

  2. An authentication request is sent through SSO

  3. SSO redirects you to a central login system (Google or Microsoft Entra ID)

  4. You submit your username and password

  5. SSO validates your credentials, and you're all set!

SSO can help reduce password fatigue, improve user compliance, and enhance logging and monitoring. It can be added to any account by an Administrator through the Edit Plan page in our Account menu.
