How to Change Your Password in Text Request

There are two options for changing your Text Request password.

Forgot Password

If you’ve forgotten your Text Request password, visit our Login page, and click Forgot Password. As prompted, input your Username (the email address you use to login to the account), and click Submit. An email will be sent to that email address with a link to reset your password.

For future reference, it might be good to either use a password that’s easy for you to remember, or to save that password in your browser’s keychain feature.

Updating Your Password Inside Text Request

If you can login, but still want to change your password, go to your My Profile by clicking on the blue circle icon. Enter your current password, then your new password (twice), and click Submit.
