Add "Text or Call" for More Business Inquiries
You want more people reaching out to your business or organization, but how do you make that happen?
One easy way it to give people more options to contact you.
The quick tip video below explains why this is important, and shares how you can get more people reaching out by letting them know they can text or call your number. There's also a transcript beneath the video.
What do we want? More inquiries!
When do we want them? During business hours, preferably.
In all seriousness, getting people's attention - getting inquiries - is really hard. You've got to fight with so many people, so many channels. So, here's a quick tip on a little thing you can do.
Hint: It involves Text Request.
Giving people options is helpful to get more inquiries. When there are more ways to contact you, you're more likely to hit on someone's preferred method.
We know that a lot of people's preferred method is text, so you need to make sure you're giving them that option. You have a Text Request account, so you have that option, but are you giving it to them?
You want to make sure that anywhere you're advertising, anywhere you're putting your information, you're telling people they can text you.
Putting your phone number somewhere is not enough. Maybe one day it will be, but that day is not today. Quick example:
If you look at Text Request's own website, here in the top corner we say Text or call us at 423-218-0111. So, on your website, add text or call. On your billboards, text or call.
- On your business cards
- On your radio ads
- On your commercials
- On your flyers
Anywhere that you have your contact information, add text or call. Anywhere. Everywhere.
