We also send automated messages based on specific triggers, like if a client’s renewal is coming up or if a claim or ticket is falling off the record. Text Request allows us to create and save text templates for common communications like, “Hey [Name], your renewal is coming up.”

We take in 10 to 12 new leads a day through texting, and we onboard them with a welcome text like, “How would you like your quote sent over to you? Is text okay?” 

Text Request also helps us pipeline and nurture our leads, since it’s easy to text updates with relevant information, like if there’s rate reductions or if you need to follow up on the quotes you provided.
