SMS Payment Reminders Mini Guide
Our Payments feature gives you one secure place to request payments and share reminders.
Once your account administrator completes Merchant Setup for our Payments feature, you can easily request payments and track whether they've been paid.
To send a payment reminder:
Open the Payments menu
Go to the Payment Request History section
Filter and find the payment request you’re looking for
Select the + next to the payment request when you find it
Select the "Send reminder" button
We recommend waiting at least a day between you send the payment request and when you send the payment reminder, but it will help to create your own internal policy for when payment reminders are sent.
