Bin There Dump That is a franchise that delivers residential-friendly dumpsters. We help homeowners who are looking to relocate, downsize, or work on a construction project by getting them a dumpster that fits into a single parking spot.

APPROACH

We use text messaging for every step of our scheduling process to make it faster.

Customers text us their initial request for the dumpster, where they want it dropped off, and when they’re ready for us to pick it back up. Any questions between those steps are also handled by text. We want to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, so reps have messages escalated to their phones. Every message is saved in Text Request, so it’s easy for reps to refer back to drop off locations. 

We now have a voicemail telling people to text us their pickup requests, which was helpful when an influx of people needing dumpsters for damage after hurricane Ida called in. We would not have been able to handle the volume of people scheduling drop offs during that crisis if we didn’t have Text Request. Scheduling via SMS always makes coordinating drop offs during busy seasons easier.
