Sylvan Learning of Lewes offers K-12 tutoring, college readiness, and test prep to help children at any stage of their educational journey. I needed to delegate more communication tasks to my team to better serve our students, and Text Request stood out as a platform that other Sylvan locations were using.
At first I was hesitant to try Text Request, because I thought the setup and 10DLC registration were going to take forever. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and quick it was. A lot of the onboarding process was done for us, and anytime we had questions a Text Request rep was right there to answer them.
Text Request gives our team so much more flexibility. Now when we get messages from parents saying their child has to miss a session, we just quickly reschedule by text. The shared dashboard makes it possible for all our tutors to see these cancellation texts at once, so one person isn’t stuck updating the rest of our team. This prevents us from letting any sessions fall through the cracks, when we can properly delegate reminders and rescheduling texts.
We also just added Text Request’s Payments feature to send texts with payment links, and there’s still so much room to explore all of Text Request’s review, marketing, and lead generation tools.
Bringing all our contacts from our CRM into Text Request took only five minutes with someone guiding us through the process. Anytime I have a question, I know I can reach out and someone will respond immediately. Our entire experience with Text Request has been seamless and easy.
